I can’t say enough about how wonderful Caleb and his team have been in supporting our Dad at a most vulnerable time in his life.
Caleb responded quickly when I contacted him and understood immediately how serious the situation had become for my Dad since he arrived at long term care. Because our Dad needs total care, he is completely vulnerable and unable to advocate for himself. Initially we needed Dad to have one on one support during meal times, but Roy and Sharon quickly stepped up to offer more supports and suggestions to ensure Dad was safe, comfortable and treated with dignity.
